UNLIMITED EDITIONS are NOT numbered or signed but include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
LIMITED EDITIONS are hand signed and numbered by the artist. Also included is a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Limited Editions are subject to availability.
CAN I BUY PRINTS AT A DISCOUNTED QUANTITY PRICE?
Larger and specialty sizes are available. Quantity pricing is available for corporate and commercial clients.
FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all PRINT orders WITHIN THE USA. If you have a frame made for your print you will be charged by our outside framing vendor for their shipping the framed print to you. For print orders outside of the USA see below.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PRINT ORDER?
Prints are generally made to order and delivery usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

WHAT CHOICE OF FRAMES DO YOU OFFER?
No framing is done at our studio but we can help! Instead, we can ship your final print to our museum quality framer. Please contact us via email if you wish to have your print framed before delivery to you. Click here to see the Framing page.

WHAT IF I AM BUYING A PHOTOGRAPH TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Please note: if you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying for shipping and any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs or book can be delivered.
WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
If picked up in or shipped to New York, sales tax will be charged at 8.88%. There is no sales tax otherwise. Please note: if you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs or book can be delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Bill Bernstein Fine Art Collection prides itself on our customer service. It is our goal to provide 100% satisfaction with any item purchased on our website. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase Bill Bernstein Fine Art Collection will gladly exchange your photograph for one of equal value after the purchase is returned to us in the same condition as when it was sold. In the event of an exchange of a special order photograph i.e. one that is not normally available, a 20% lab fee will be charged. There are no cash refunds.
